Refund Policy

Any item which is to be returned to Dr Moto will only be accepted once approval has been granted by Dr Moto. Dr Moto reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the returned item has not been returned in a resalable condition.

The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and Dr Moto reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

A restocking fee of 10% of purchase price may be charged due to fees incurred by Dr Moto at point of sale. The restocking fee also covers losses incurred to Dr Moto by freight absorbed in the sale & freight from various suppliers to fulfill orders.

Due to the uncertain nature of engine parts and their fitment, Dr Moto will not accept returns of parts supplied incorrectly - please choose carefully

No claims will be entered into after 30 days from the date of sales invoice from Dr Moto Ltd.

Privacy Policy

By ordering or registering on Dr Moto you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team and we will remove you from marketing communications. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.

 

Terms of Service

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MotoParts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Dr Moto shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dr Moto shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from our suppliers of the products and in many cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only and rely on product titles, descriptions and fitment listings for accuracy.

Dr Moto LTD will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product. Consequential damages shall include, without limitation, loss of use, income or profit, or losses sustained as a result of injury (including death) to any person, or loss or damage to any property. This limited warranty does NOT apply to any engine products supplied by Dr Moto LTD which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, improper maintenance, modification all and any engine products used for any form of motorcycle racing purposes or for fitment into any engine independently determined to be of a racing specification. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose set forth herein.

Shipping Policy

Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Dr Moto will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by Dr Moto are estimates only. Dr Moto will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.

Dr Moto will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed.

Free shipping promotions excludes sending bulky items such as tyres / dog mats etc.

Standard delivery (1-5 business days*) is 1-5 business days. Sometimes this can take longer due to orders being procured from multiple locations to fulfill your order.

Factory Direct (0-2 business days**) bypasses our retail store and is sent direct from factory or from instore stock. Sometimes due to orders being procured from multiple locations we may split the order in multiple consignments.

Dr Moto does not guarantee the delivery of "0-2 business days**" or "1-5 business days*". It is used as a guide only.
