In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Dr Moto Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Discount codes issued by Dr Moto  used for parts/accessories/apparel sales from time to time, are not useable with motor vehicle sales of any kind under no exceptions. Dr Moto Limited reserves the right to remove or amend the discount.  

Dr Moto shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dr Moto shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from our suppliers of the products and in many cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only and rely on product titles, descriptions and fitment listings for accuracy.

Dr Moto LTD will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product. Consequential damages shall include, without limitation, loss of use, income or profit, or losses sustained as a result of injury (including death) to any person, or loss or damage to any property. This limited warranty does NOT apply to any engine products supplied by Dr Moto LTD which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, improper maintenance, modification all and any engine products used for any form of motorcycle racing purposes or for fitment into any engine independently determined to be of a racing specification. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose set forth herein.

Electrical Parts Disclaimer: Due to the highly uncertain nature of fitment conditions, NO warranty is given regarding overall performance or longevity of this part. Suitability and usage is at the risk of the purchaser. This part is NOT returnable for credit without prior agreement by Dr Moto LTD.
