Out of a need to transport our own Motorcycles, Dr Moto Transport was born to spread the transport cost to offer you the customer a quick, affordable and all round excellent service end to end.

What To Expect:
-Pickup & delivery dates confirmed once booking placed via email/phone
-Invoice for payment sent to your email and payment made via bank transfer or card over the phone or other.
-We discuss the delivery with both parties to make sure the service runs smoothly.
-Any extras to go with the vehicle noted for the delivery (fees apply)
-The customer preps the bike for collection, any loose items secured, mirrors folded in, any service manuals etc strapped to the bike and secure.
-We call/txt to confirm ETA of collection, approximately 1 hour out from collection.
-We call/txt to confirm ETA of delivery, approximately 1 hour out from delivery.
-Delivery complete 😁

Other Services:
*Intermediary Service - Payment of Goods (private sale)
We can offer the service as an intermediary, we charge an extra $40.00 for this service for visual inspection of goods prior to payment, phone call/txt party to party and photos of goods for the receiver.

*Transport of motorcycle spares with your motorcycle delivery. A $25 fee applies to good to fit into a banana box, anything else such as fairings/wheels etc, please advise so we can quote.

*Motorcycle Storage
We can store your motorcycle if needed, please reach out for this service.

*Motorcycle Service
Does your motorcycle need a service while in transit? We can carry out a range of services from WOF to full engine repairs & tuning. Get in touch if you'd like to book a service with our fully qualified Motorcycle Technicians, expertise in Yamaha, Aprilia, Ducati, Triumph, Honda + more.
If you have bought the bike sight unseen, we do recommend a post sale inspection / basic service for peace of mind motoring and your safety, especially when buying private.

*Motorcycle Finance & Insurance

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations are non-refundable once booking routes are planned, unless the following conditions are met:
We can no longer deliver the vehicle due to force majeure.
The delivery time frame unexpectedly can no longer be met on our end and the collection delivery service has not commenced (we will advise you if this becomes the case).
