The all-new CFMOTO 500SR VOOM is a modern sports bike with a classic soul. Drawing inspiration from the minimalist race machines of the 1980s and 1990s, it combines vintage café-racer attitude with cutting-edge technology and real performance.

With a screaming inline four, striking design, and race-inspired chassis, the VOOM delivers a riding experience that feels special every time you twist the throttle — whether on your favourite mountain road, track day, or city streets.

Retro design, redefined

Taking cues from CFMOTO’s fan-favourite XO PAPIO Racer, the 500SR VOOM blends classic race aesthetics with contemporary styling. Its round LED headlight, compact fairing, under-seat twin exhaust, and bar-end mirrors give it an unmistakable retro racing silhouette.

Clean body lines, a sculpted fuel tank, and a minimalist tail section create a sharp, athletic stance that looks fast even at a standstill. The rider-focused ergonomics balance sportiness with everyday usability, making the VOOM both beautiful and functional.

A true four-cylinder heartbeat

At the core of the VOOM sits an all-new 499cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 58kW — rising to 61kW with the RAM AIR system — and 49Nm of torque. With a soaring 15,000rpm redline, it delivers the high-revving performance and intoxicating soundtrack that only a four-cylinder can provide.

Acceleration from 0–100km/h takes just 4.2 seconds, while the top speed reaches 220km/h. The RAM AIR system boosts performance at higher speeds, ensuring strong pull at the top end without sacrificing smoothness or rideability.

Built for serious riding

The 500SR VOOM isn’t just about looks — it’s packed with performance technology designed for spirited riding and track use.

A quickshifter allows seamless clutchless upshifts, while the CF-SC slipper clutch improves stability on aggressive downshifts and hard corner entry. A 20-level adjustable steering damper enhances high-speed stability, and fully adjustable 41mm upside-down front forks paired with a multi-link rear shock deliver precise, confidence-inspiring handling.

Rider ergonomics can also be tailored with three seat height options: 785mm (low seat), 795mm (standard), or 815mm (high seat).

Sharp brakes and confident grip

Braking performance matches the bike’s speed and agility. Twin 300mm front discs with four-piston calipers and a 220mm rear disc provide strong, progressive stopping power, supported by dual-channel ABS.

A two-mode Traction Control System (TCS) helps maintain rear-wheel grip in varying conditions, while an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) automatically alerts vehicles behind during hard braking.

High-performance CST CM-S3N tyres — featuring a dual-compound rear — deliver excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions.

Modern, connected cockpit

A 5-inch curved TFT display keeps all key information in clear view, including speed, gear position, shift reminders, and navigation projection. Dual USB ports (Type-C and Type-A) ensure your devices stay charged on the go.

With the optional T-Box system, riders can unlock smartphone connectivity through the CFMOTO Ride App, enabling real-time vehicle status, over-the-air updates, GPS tracking, anti-theft features, ride logging, and 6D IMU data support.

Record-breaking pedigree

Before its official release, the 500SR VOOM set the Australian Land Speed Record in the 500cc production class at Lake Gairdner in South Australia.

Ridden by Richard Harding, the VOOM achieved a top speed of 227.42km/h (141.31mph), surpassing the previous record and proving its real-world performance capability.
