At the heart of the 700MT is a smooth and torquey 693cc parallel-twin engine featuring Bosch EFI and carefully tuned intake and exhaust systems for strong mid-range performance. The engine produces 55kW at 8,500rpm and 60Nm at 6,000rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch for smooth, controlled downshifts.
Comfort Without Compromise
Designed for long days in the saddle, the 700MT offers an upright touring riding position, wide handlebars, and a slim front seat profile that improves comfort and control while making it easier to reach the ground. The adjustable windscreen and aerodynamic bodywork help reduce wind fatigue on longer rides.
The standard seat height is 800mm, with an optional 840mm seat available for taller riders.
Confidence Across All Roads
Built for New Zealand’s diverse terrain, the 700MT is equipped with fully adjustable suspension and a generous 20-litre fuel tank for long-range touring. The 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked aluminium wheels provide stable handling on both sealed roads and light gravel.
Suspension travel includes 150mm at the front from a 43mm inverted fork and 148mm at the rear from an adjustable monoshock. Ground clearance is 190mm, giving the bike capability beyond just highway riding.
Equipped to Explore
As standard, the 700MT arrives loaded with practical adventure-touring features. These include heated grips, a heated rider seat, and a TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system. Rider aids include switchable ABS and traction control, along with both USB Type-A and Type-C charging ports.
Protective components such as handguards, a bash plate, and a foldable gear lever are also included. A three-piece alloy luggage system is available as an optional accessory.

The 700MT features a 5-inch full-colour TFT display rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. When paired with the CFMOTO RIDE App, riders can access turn-by-turn navigation via Google Maps projection, real-time vehicle tracking, alerts, and over-the-air software updates, subject to regional availability.

Specifications
Engine
The 700MT is powered by a 693cc inline two-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled DOHC engine with Bosch electronic fuel injection. Bore and stroke measure 83 x 64mm with a compression ratio of 11.6:1. Power output is 55kW at 8,500rpm and torque is 60Nm at 6,000rpm. Transmission is a six-speed with slipper clutch.
Chassis and Brakes
The bike uses a tubular steel frame with a 43mm upside-down front fork offering 150mm of fully adjustable travel. The rear features an adjustable monoshock with 148mm of travel.
Braking is handled by dual 300mm front discs with J.Juan four-piston radial calipers and a single 240mm rear disc with a single-piston caliper. Bosch dual-channel ABS is fitted, with the rear wheel ABS being switchable. Traction control is also standard.
Wheels and Tyres
The 700MT rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked aluminium wheels. Tyres are CST, with a 110/80 R19 front and 150/70 R17 rear.

Overall length is 2,244mm, width 932mm, and height 1,435mm. Wheelbase measures 1,445mm, seat height is 800mm (optional 840mm), and ground clearance is 190mm. Fuel capacity is 20 litres and wet weight is 240kg.
