Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Kriega OS-38 SOFT PANNIER
The OS-38 SOFT PANNIER has the same features as the smaller OS-22 and OS-32 SOFT PANNIER, but with additional width and capacity of 38 litres for heavy-duty motorcycle touring.
The structured box shape allows for effortless packing and load control. The waterproof roll-top closure and removable white liner guarantee pack contents remain protected from the elements. Mounting and dismounting the OS-SOFT PANNIER to the motorbike takes less than a minute* with two quick release straps and buckles. The same straps compress the pack firmly in position; no extra tie-down straps are required. Constructed from the highest quality materials including ultra-abrasion resistant HYPALON+ 1000D Cordura®, with heavy-duty webbing and aircraft-grade alloy buckles. Offering two easy fit options: either the traditional 'over-the-seat' saddlebag format using the OS-STRAPS (sold separately) for two OS-SOFT PANNIERS, or the single/duo pannier option of the OS-PLATFORM (sold separately) which fits to an OEM or aftermarket bike-specific pannier frame. A reinforced handle assists carrying heavy loads off the bike. Plus an optional OS-SHOULDER STRAP (sold separately) can be hooked on to convert to a shoulder bag. A security cable block provides a solid mounting point to cable-lock the pack to the bike frame to stop the opportunist thief. Hi-Vis details front and rear add an extra safety element for low light riding.
*NB: Requires bike-specific OEM/aftermarket pannier frames, and pannier frame-specific OS-PLATFORM or OS-STRAPS (sold separately) to be fitted to the motorbike first.
