Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Regina Chain - Cross Supermotard (RX3 and RH2)
Designed to ensure high resistance to elongation and to the severe impulsive stresses caused by Off-Road riding. Extended bushings and solid rollers, alloy carbon steel pins, shot-peened plates to offer increased tensile strength and fatigue resistance are some of the most important features. RX chains feature shaped bushings and special “X” chromized alloy carbon steel pins, together with special bevel plates to provide reliable engagement in the most severe Off -Road applications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We carry many Regina chain types in bulk and can cut to length as desired. If you can't find the length you require as a pre-cut chain, or you need an unusual length for a special application, we will be happy to cut your chain for you.

RX3 chain features the special Shaped Bushing which eliminated the “barrel” effect that occurs when a standard bushing is assembled. The result is full contact between bushing and pins along the entire length, with a subsequent reduction in specific contact pressure and hence, reduction in wear.
RX3 chain also features Chromized Pins for an exceptional pin surface hardness to maximise wear resistance as well as enhanced pin core strength to guarantee outstanding shock resistance.
