Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.
New Zealand
Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Kriega OS-BASE - UNVERSAL FIT
The OS-BASE is an 'over-the-seat harness' for mounting OS-6, OS-12, or OS-18 ADVENTURE PACKS as soft panniers. This Universal Fit system for trail, enduro or dual-sport bikes, needs no metal frames or racks to attach to, with only slight bodywork alterations needed. The flexible design of the OS-BASE also enables you to mount an extra OS-ADVENTURE PACK, OS-BOTTLE or a US-DRYPACK as a centre pack and includes ‘Loop Mounts' to attach a tent or sleeping mat with the addition of OS-CAM STRAPS or OS-MINI CAM STRAPS.
After the initial set-up it’s quick and easy to put on and take off, and the heavy-duty Hypalon construction with a semi rigid polypropylene core is very stable and lightweight. The unique OS-RACK LOOP mounting system provides a very tough and reliable solution to the demands of off-road luggage carrying.

NB: If the OS-BASE is in contact with the exhaust silencer you must fit a heat shield.
Bodywork Damage Disclaimer:
Even though most of the OS-BASE mounts on the seat, the sides can rub against the plastic side panels of the bike, resulting in minor abrasion. This can be further exaggerated if mud and dust get in between the OS-BASE and the plastics. Kriega strongly recommend applying a clear adhesive protective sheet to where abrasion may occur on your motorcycle.
