Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Quad Lock 360 Base - Suction
Repositionable, high strength suction for versatile mounting. The lever actuated suction makes quick transitions between applications simple. Securely mount to smooth and non-porous surfaces such as windshields and dashboards, making it ideal for use in marine, aero and drive applications.
The Suction Base is able to withstand ambient temperatures ranging -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) without experiencing loss of suction. It is recommended to include both an ARM and HEAD to allow sufficient clearance for the lever, unless combining with the Action Camera Head, which allows sufficient clearance without the need for an arm.

The Suction Base can be attached to a number of different flat and gently curved surfaces, however, it is not intended for severely curved surfaces (ie. <1m curvature radius).
The Suction Base will adhere to smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as:
- Glass or plastics such as PC or Acrylic (eg. windshields)
- Smooth painted or powder coated metal or steel (eg. vehicle bodies)
- Fibreglass with gelcoat or marine paint (eg. boat trim)
- Gently curved surfaces (>1m curvature radius)
Recommended applications:
- Cars / 4x4 / 4WD
- Boats
- Caravans
- Light aircraft
- Any low vibration element
It is not recommended for the following substrates:
- Organic materials such as leather, unsealed wood or fabric
- Soft touch, rough or textured coating or paint
Although possible, we do not recommend using the Suction Base on the following vehicles.
- Motorcycles
- Scooters
- ATVs
- Anything that causes high vibrations or receives constant exposure from outdoor elements
Clean the surface with a damp cloth and allow it to dry before attaching.
Ensure mount position does not obstruct vehicle safety features such as airbags.
