Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange less any freight expenses and the order meets our explicit terms and conditions.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Centre pads in different sizes and thicknesses can be used to replace the original padding or customise the helmet’s fit around the upper head area. Padding can be changed within the designated size range for your helmet, such as XS5, XS9 and XS13. XS5 provides thinner padding for a more spacious fit, while XS13 provides thicker padding for a closer, more secure fit.
The size of the original centre pad can be found on the back of the padding.
A snug yet comfortable fit helps provide comfort, stability and confidence on every ride. The NEOTEC3 centre pad ensures a secure helmet fit, while its three-dimensional rib structure promotes optimal ventilation and effective moisture management.
If the inner padding becomes worn after years of use and many kilometres, or can no longer be cleaned effectively, replacing it helps restore the helmet’s original fit while providing a fresh and hygienic interior.
