Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.

Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange less any freight expenses and the order meets our explicit terms and conditions.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Is the Surron Hyper Bee road legal?
The Hyper Bee MY25 is designed primarily as an off-road motorcycle. It should only be ridden in locations where off-road motorbike use is permitted, such as private property or authorised riding areas.
Speak with Dr Moto before purchasing if you are unsure where the bike can legally be used.

The Hyper Bee has a 685mm standard seat height, which can be adjusted between approximately 665mm and 705mm. Dr Moto recommends checking the rider’s fit and experience before purchasing

The supplied charger can charge the battery from approximately 20% to 80% in around 2.5 hours.

Yes. The Hyper Bee has three forward riding modes and a three-stage adjustable throttle curve.
This allows the bike’s power delivery and throttle response to be adjusted to suit different riders and riding conditions.

Yes. Although an electric motorcycle has fewer conventional engine-service requirements, the brakes, suspension, chain, tyres, bearings and electrical systems should still be regularly checked and maintained.
Dr Moto can assist with servicing, repairs and replacement parts.
