A tidy, well-sorted 2012 Suzuki KingQuad LTA400F with 12,020 km. This ATV has recently been through our workshop for a substantial mechanical inspection, service and refurbishment, with considerable work completed to get it ready for its next owner.
Recent Workshop Work
A significant amount of workshop time has been invested into this KingQuad, including:
- Camshaft and rockers replaced
- Engine oil and oil filter changed
- Rear gear case oil changed
- CVT removed, inspected and cleaned
- New CVT wear guides fitted
- Drive belt inspected
- Wet clutch inspected
- Cam chain tensioner and guides inspected
- Rear brake drum and shoes deglazed
- Fuel tank drained
- Air filter replaced
- Driveline/CV boots attended to
- Chassis and frame bar work cleaned up and refinished
- Footrest and footwell areas cleaned up and refinished
- Broken rear guard plastics repaired
- New mudflaps fitted
- ATV thoroughly cleaned and reassembled
The workshop inspection identified wear in the rockers and exhaust cam lobe, resulting in the camshaft and rockers being replaced. The wet clutch and cam-chain tensioner/guides were also inspected during the work.
