How to measure
|
A. Chest Measure around the fullest part, under the armpits, keeping the tape horizontal. |

Orders can be shipped from either Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington or Christchurch warehouses. Depending on the location of items you have ordered, DR MOTO will ship your purchase from the closest location where possible.
New Zealand
Free shipping on orders over $149.00 - Excludes Motorcycles, ATV's , Electric Bikes and dangerous goods.
For orders under $149.00, shipping throughout New Zealand is $10 for Urban and $14 for Rural.
In most cases shipping is overnight however it can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If delivery is to a rural address please allow a couple of extra days. We can ship to your place of work!

Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange less any freight expenses and the order meets our explicit terms and conditions.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

Race-derived waterproof performance with premium comfort and protection.
The T-GP R V3 Drystar® Jacket is a race-inspired sport textile jacket designed to deliver high levels of comfort, mobility, and all-weather performance. Built using advanced stretch materials and a 3D-tailored sport silhouette, the jacket features refined detailing and a modernized profile that closely resembles the look of a leather sport jacket.
A newly developed pattern enhances the aggressive sport shape and is supported by race-derived extended elbow armor. Comfort and freedom of movement are exceptional thanks to the extensive use of stretch fabrics, with more than half of the jacket constructed from strategically placed tech stretch and stretch softshell materials. Reinforced areas use a durable blend of 450D and 600D polyfabric for strength and abrasion resistance.
The lightweight Drystar® waterproof and breathable membrane ensures reliable weather protection while maintaining airflow and comfort across a wide range of riding conditions. For adaptable climate control, the jacket includes a removable stretch thermal liner featuring PrimaLoft® insulation, with 100g insulation on the torso and 80g on the arms.
Construction
The jacket features a low-profile collar with 3D-textured microfiber comfort fabric on the inner collar lining and cuffs for enhanced comfort during long rides. The Drystar® membrane provides waterproof protection while maintaining excellent breathability.
Advanced stretch materials, including tech stretch and stretch softshell, are integrated throughout the design to deliver flexibility, freedom of movement, and a premium wearing experience without compromising durability.
Key Features
The T-GP R V3 Drystar® Jacket features a race-derived sport textile construction with a 3D-tailored silhouette and a modern, performance-focused appearance. GP-R Lite extended elbow armor covers the elbows and forearms, offering enhanced impact protection while maintaining a natural, pre-curved riding position.
Direct opening vents are positioned on the sides of the jacket to provide effective airflow when opened, while a laser-perforated exhaust vent on the back improves overall climate management. A new technical wrist attachment system uses a 360-degree hook-and-loop closure around the thermal liner wrist layer, with soft velour on the inner wrist and a stretch cuff panel for comfort.
The detachable thermal jacket uses partially recycled PrimaLoft® insulation to provide warmth in colder conditions. Dedicated chest pad and back protector compartments are designed to accept optional Nucleon chest protectors and both standard and long back protector inserts.
Storage includes two zippered hand pockets and a front inner waterproof pocket. A waist connection zipper allows secure attachment to Alpinestars riding pants, while printed logos and reflective details enhance visibility.
Protection & Certification
Protection is provided by the Dynamic Friction Shield (DFS) shoulder system combined with Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder armor, delivering effective impact absorption, friction control, and unrestricted movement. GP-R Lite elbow armor offers extended coverage and race-inspired protection.
The jacket is fully CE certified for motorcycle use and meets the following standards:
