Any goods purchased from DR MOTO can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange less any freight expenses and the order meets our explicit terms and conditions.
The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.
Freight costs will not be refunded.

The WMP Security Zip Tie is a lightweight, reusable combination zip-tie lock. Zip it, lock it and leave it. Compact, easy to carry and simple to attach to your bike, bag or anything else you want to secure quickly.

Security Zip Tie Code Instructions:
The WMP Security Zip Tie comes with a pre-set combination of 0-0-0.
To Set Your Personalised Code:
- With the cable inserted through the slot in the combination unit, insert a small Pozidriv screwdriver into the flush silver screw at the end of the unit. Turn the screw 90° clockwise. The screw will sit approximately 1–2mm below the surrounding surface.
- Set your desired combination. Reinsert the screwdriver into the silver screw and turn it 90° anti-clockwise until it is flush with the surface again. Your personalised code is now set.
To Lock the Security Zip Tie:
- Set the lock to your personalised code, insert the cable through the slot, then scramble the combination. The Security Zip Tie is now locked.
To Unlock the Security Zip Tie:
- Enter your personalised code, ensuring the numbers are aligned exactly with the indicator. Push the black side-mounted sliding button towards the end of the unit while pulling the cable free.
